Sightseeing

I didn't know that Maharashtra was a state so full of sacred sites and saints, but this is India - nothing is excluded!

My friend Vaidya organised a driver for me today and I travelled to Vani, Nashik,and Trimbakeswar. Vani has a Temple for the Goddess. Apparently, Baba went there often and talked about the Shakti energy present. The Temple is on the top of a hill and one has to climb 300 steps to get to. The surrounding landscape is truly awe inspiring and beautiful. Giant pillars of rock just ascending from flat plateaus and farm land. They appeared as though planted from Mars.
